WCW200 - pick any WCW challenge
WCW039 - Painting Daffodils (the challenge I picked)
MIX583 - use something that gives you joy
F4A736 - 5 dots
This started out just being a watercolor card, but I did not like the daffodils I painted at all. I was going to trash it and something told me I might be able to save it if I stamped script or something over it. My sister gave me this CTMH set a few months ago and I really liked it, so I stamped over the daffodils. I cut the panel down, added 5 doodled dots, and then framed it in a scrap paper that I had used marker to turn to black.
At the end, I really liked it. I find joy in water-coloring, and in turning something I really don't like into something I love.
Thanks for the inspiration MariLynn, Angie, and Brenda.

Just like you to be able to turn something you didn't like into something you do like with one stamp and idea. Love this, Nancy, and it is great for all your challenges.

Great card! I love the deep, rich greens and yellows. And the design you stamped over everything is awesome. i'm glad you persevered and turned something you didn't like into something you love.

Your beautiful panel looks like a little work of art seen on an art gallery wall. I love the process you took to convert the unloved to the loved! The beautiful colours stand out against the white quite nicely.

Your creativity is pure delight. Great take on the daffodil background. Like how the stamp gave it a collage look. Thanks for sharing this idea on how to save a project. Thanks for always sharing your talent with us on the Wednesday challenges. Hugs.

Well, I bet those daffs looked lovely by themselves (!) but it all looks wonderful with you collage of images - love the colors and smaller size panel framed in black!
