Edward de Bono was a physician, born on Malta, known for lateral thinking, which is solving problems with a creative approach rather than reasoning.

I want to be like Iris Apfel, an American designer known for her flamboyant style and oversized glasses. She died on March 1, 2024 at 102 years of age. Usually one sees her in bright colors but I was struck by how she looked in black and white. Normally I wouldn't look at black and white for inspiration but I have been playing more with Zentangle and thought this piece would be appropriate. Fashion inspiration is usually rather difficult for me to translate into a card; not sure why but I persevere. This type of fashion is very much out of my stratosphere. Why would one spend so much money to regularly rent clothing? But it's fun to look at Thanks for the challenge, Amy!.

I seen that pin, so I am so tickled you did it all the bangles caught my eye and the curve of your design really picks that up. My thought was it would give me a heart attack to borrow clothes, I am so klutzy I would be sure to ruin it if it were not mine I think. I came home this morning and took off all the white I was wearing and moved to seafoamish blue haha)

The stark black & white is truly beautiful - wonderful zentangle design that to me is much more appealing than that clunky jewelry . . . Like you, I find it difficult to get inspiration from clothing so I can truly appreciate where this inspiration piece has taken you.
