One of my nieces has been having a hard time. Sending this for support. The tulips were in my 'what am I going to do with this' pile. I know it was my SIL's set but I don't know the maker. Loosely coloured with distress inks.
ETA It is a Lisa Horton folder and die

These are beautiful and cheery, Ann. Perfectly suited for your purpose of lifting up your niece and supporting her through a difficult time. It’s amazing what a personal creation and note can do to touch a heart and make a day. I pray your mission is well accomplished with this beauty.
