I'm afraid I was very unimaginative. When I first read the challenge I just thought of this and the big butterfly stamp that are always too big for an A2 card front. I did look through my stamps for something else to use, but I ended up back with my first thought.
I inked medallion up with three different DOX inks in the centre of a half sheet of card, and cut it in half (so I still have another card to make up). I stamped the floral trim over it, trimmed it down and rounded two corners. I added a sentiment cut from silver card and a few sequins.

I have always loved the results I have gotten using only half of that medallion stamp as well. This is so lovely and I love the silver diecut message as well.

I started with this big medallion stamp. I embossed it with sparkly ep, then discovered I had used sparkly white. Drat. Back to the old drawing board. Your medallion card is a real beauty, my dear friend.

That medallion is my very favorite stamp for using only half. That's about all that will fit on an A2 card anyway. I love the way you inked it up in different colors and the black flower stamp over it is wonderful.
Beautiful card with the mat silver sentiment.
