Ardyth and Julie selected Michelle, mcstamperNE, as this week's Featured Stamper. Michelle has a super gallery and I had a hard time selecting which card to case as I liked so many of them. I finally settled on this one:
I was going to do a sympathy card, but was at a crop and didn't have a sympathy stamp with me. I worked with what I had and will send this to a friend who is very down right now.
I water-colored my flowers instead of stamping them, I painted my ribbon instead of using a real one, and I changed the theme from sympathy to encouragement. I also left off the matting and sponged the edges to make them pop.
Congrats, Michelle. Enjoy your week as the Featured Stamper!

Wow, so beautiful! What an honor to have you CASE my card. I love your take on my sympathy card. The watercolored flowers are wonderful. I know your friend will love it.
Beautiful card! I love your watercolor bouquet. The colors you used are so pretty together. And the sentiment tag you created goes with them perfectly.

Nancy, I am so enjoying these beautiful little water color masterpieces you are sharing in your gallery. Into my favorites with this one, I just love loose water colors used like this. Awesome!
