This is a case of a card by Brian King, thanks! I used his same idea for the silhouette against the strips of color and the general look and feel of it. I turned it sideways and used the vertical birthday greeting from So Sincere, then wrapped the panel with linen thread and added the Speckled adhesive dots in Pecan Pie.
To make the circle, cut 1/4" strips and stack them onto a square of basic black, spacing them a little part for bands of black between each color. Bottom to top, Night of Navy, Starry Sky, Pretty Peacock, Pecan Pie, Crushed Curry, Lemon Lolly, Pumpkin Pie, Poppy Parade, Real Red and Cherry Cobbler. Glue them all in place, then using the largest circle die from Stylish shapes cut out the circle, add the black silhouettes on top, then pop up the circle onto the card front. .
