This looked better in my mind's eye than it turned out...I chose pastels to create the sunset for the opportunity to rub the color out to the sides. Die cut the wave border and tucked a chipboard dolphin behind it. Still, I hope it helps brighten Karen's day!

Well, I absolutely understand what you mean about "better in my mind's eye" but, trust me, it's great. I went "ooooh" the minute it popped onto my screen. The bright colors of the bg sun frame the dolphin beautifully and that scroll work on the dolphin is beautiful. I love that fun wave border -- so cute and whimsical. And then you carried on with that feeling with the sentiment -- what a great font. If you typed it, would you send me the name of the font. I really like that one. Wonderful card, Faith and Karen will really enjoy viewing this over and over

Faith, I think it came out beautiful. That sunset is super cool, the layout if wonderful, and the sentiment is super. She will love it. Hugz

What a lovely dolphin! I must admit I struggle to use chipboard and those laser-cut wooden embellishments, this looks like the ideal way to do it. The sentiment adds a great nautical/maritime vibe.

Such a beautiful, creative card! Love the sunset, and the dolphin chipboard piece!
