The wave was stamped in my MISTI on a white panel. There were three layers and very simple to set up. I did use fingers daubers to get the green part of the wave. The sentiment was then stamped in black. There were two little dotted stamps that I used with a glue pad per instructions on the white foam of the wave and then added the Twinkling cloud embossing mixture to the stamped glue. It shows a small bit of glitter and some white fuzzy stuff that you can feel but not really see as fuzz. Hard to explain but a cool look.
The eagle was stamped twice on a scrap of white, colored with Copics and fussy cut. I then layered them to add a little dimension.
Thanks for taking a look!
