IC950 - Denise took us to All Paint by Numbers today
Since we had a little snow overnight, I was inspired by the photo Denise picked - bottom row, second to last or #19. I used a partial faced snowman image & colored with StampinBlends. You probably can't see it but there is Wink of Stella on the hat & snowflakes. I created a mask & used a small blending brush for the sky. His cheeks are done with a Q-tip & Real Red chalk pastels. Since the image is small I made a 4.25 square card.
