I let this background stamp on white cardstock do all the work! The white cardstock shows through as the stars and moon.
I used two colors on this starry background stamp to make an ombre effect. It's hard to tell in the photo, but the bottom portion is slightly lighter than the top portion of the background. I actually had three gradients of color on an A2 sized piece of white cardstock (4.25 x 5.5), but there was a harsh line between the bottom lightest color and the middle color, so I cut off the bottom color, keeping the middle and darker color on a smaller piece of white cardstock. The card base was cut down to a top folding square of 4.25 x 4.25 with the background panel as 4 x 4. In hindsight, I wish I had dug out my brayer or even a finger dauber to help smooth out the harsh lines before stamping.
I stamped, colored, and die cut the bear. I stamped the sentiment in the cloud. I filled in the star with Stickles for sparkle and let it dry overnight.

A wonderful die for showing your stars and I like the little bear holding the bigger star. I do see the lighter and darker colors. Super card!!!

Some fab inking and stamping, and that bear is adorable. Super fun card.
