I stenciled Pool Party and Lost Lagoon ink with a blending brush, moving the stencil between colors. I masked the top string on the stamp, but I forgot about the part beneath his hand. I covered that with the strings and the bow.
I stamped the panda multiple times with Memento, and then a couple with the FSJ Black. I like my Panda black.
Using an Exacto knife, I cut slits on the edge of the panda's arm to slide the balloon strings through. I touched up the edges with the Legacy writer.
I stamped and fussy cut the envelope from another panda in the set. I used the black marker around the envelope to define, and to color in the hand to match the arm. I colored the envelope with the blend, and the heart with the red marker.
I flicked the edges with Pretty Peacock, stamped the base with Petite Patterns using Pretty Peacock ink.
The DSP is just a leftover piece laying on my desk that I just cut down to be just slightly under the top and the bottom.
I used the XOXO from the Sizzix set at the top, and stamped the sentiment on a piece of Pool Party stamped with Pretty Peacock, die cut and flicked the edged with Lost Lagoon.
