Mary is our hostess and has chosen the bold colors: Real Red, Gorgeous Grape and Garden Green. Dessert is "anything goes". My anything goes is using an embossing folder.
I tried a few approaches to this one and decided I liked this with more purple and just a bit of red the best. Since I didn't have two of the colors in Blends/alcohol markers, I opted to use watercolor pencils. I took a shortcut to get my blended grape background and started with Highland Heather to save my wrist a bit.
Thanks so much for taking a peek. I hope you can join in the play this week!

Gorgeous! Love how you focused on the purple and green with just a touch of the red. Perfect colors for a hummingbird. Beautifully colored. Great card.
