This week the Tea Party is headed to Jay who just underwent heart surgery. Our hostess, Jacqueline, challenged us to CASE one of our older cards and "make it new" by changing something on it. Does it count if my "older" card was the card I made just before this one?
I have Valentine's on my mind and already had this design in my head for my teen grandsons. I thought it would work for Jay as well so I'm getting a two-fer today. I am CASEing the card I made for the granddaughters using the same embossed bg but changing the colors and the heart: FS882 Candy Hearts for Leslie by DebbieinOC at Splitcoaststampers. The sentiment is computer generated in Excel using Bleeding Cowboy font. I think I need to cut them a bit wider though because I lost some of the flourish. Oh well...they won't know, right?
Hope Jay is cheered and cheered on by his cards and I hope your day is filled with some cheer as well. TFL

How wonderful to see another Valentine from you! I actually have a stamp somewhat like your sentiment. You may have inspired me to make a few Valentines for this year. It is great to see that Full of Heart die in the flesh. I still love it in your background!

this card is striking... but I bet it wasn't easy to keep the little hearts inside the die. I've starting using the double sided tape backing (if that makes sense), but when I pull the backing away a lot of the little pieces still fall out. Leaving those hearts inside this die really came out with perfection..
