I started by die cutting with my quilt die three times - once for each of the two patterned papers and once for the plain cream cs for the outline section.
I then cut a square from a sheet of double-sided sookwang tape and stuck it on a square of scrap cs, placed the outline border on it, and then inset the little patterned pieces. I did it with fine pointed tweezers - easier than using my fingers!
Added the quilt to the red card base, and die cut the noel sentiment to match the card base.
