I am hosting the WCW challenge this week. I decided to make a winter card. You may want yours to be a Christmas card or some other kind.
The tutorial is a simple winter landscape called Wolf Moon and the artist is Deb Watson. Plus, a different/new way to create a moon with Magic Eraser.
I did my moon another way from what the artist did as I did not have a Magic Eraser and did my usual thing with a punched circle and Frog tape. I place the tape over cardstock and punch the circle, pull the tape off and place on my watercolor paper for masking the moon. Then, I watercolored the sky, let dry, and removed the tape.

Brenda - you painted a lovely little scene. The purple and blue sky is a wonderful departure from the golden hue the artist used Plus the fact you don't have to worry about an odd color in the blend. Really smart move on your part! You used my OLD favorite way to do a moon - I will keep a piece of magic eraser in my art supplies going forward.
Thanks for a super challenge.

Brenda, I was super pumped to see your challenge yesterday (and am saying a prayer now that I can find some time to try it out myself in the next week!), but to find today what you did with it... I am BREATHLESS... this is exquisite! So stunning, so peaceful, so serene... so Heaven-like! THANK YOU for sharing this with us! I am blown away by your talent!
