It's my turn to host the Featured Stamper Challenge (FS880) so a big congrats to Karen! She has a wonderful, growing gallery & I chose THIS card to case. I kept the colors & Christmas theme but used different images, dies, and layout & turned the elf boots into cowboy boots.
For my southwest Christmas card, I die cut all the parts & pieces out of the different colors of card stock & pieced them all together. On the boot shafts, I used part of a piercing die to get the pattern & put some stickles on the white parts of the Santa hat.
Thanks so much for looking. It's on my blog w/ more pics & products: The Write Stuff

What a classically coloured up southwest scene, Julie. I love how you combined those two for a completely adorable Christmas card that mimics Karen’s in the classic colours and boots. I love the fun place both yours and Karen’s creativity took each of you with your designs.
