I smooshed my hammered white card panel onto my craft mat where I had rubbed Distress Speckled Egg and Crushed Olive in different spots and spritzed with water, smooshing into the blue first - drying with heat tool, then smoosing into the Olive.
The gold feathers are rub ons from the Dollar Store - they didn't completely 'rub on' maybe because they were cheap (!) - or maybe because it was hammered card stock which is an uneven surface- but enough did 'rub on' after mutltiple rubbings to be able to tell they are feathers!

Nice find at the Dollar Store just as well. They look perfect against your beautiful background. Your choice for inspiration was one of my favorites. Glad you enjoyed the site. I did too!
