I've never seen a red cardinal bird in France and thought I'll do Robins instead, I drew my little scene and water colored it, stamped the branche and sentiment, added acrylic paint on the branche and on the top of the birds feeder made some snowy dots with an ear tip and paint.

I love your sweet robins, and that their house is lit up from within, it looks like a cozy, sweet home for them! That branch in the upper left is just perfection! Great watercolor!

We look forward to seeing robins in the spring, usually in March. I wish everyone could see a real life cardinal once in their lives...and hear them sing. They are sooooo loud!!!!!!! You may not see them as they like to fly high in the trees but you can hear them from far away. Your robin is sooo cute.
