We are seeing green--at least 3 shades--in this week's Teaparty gallery! Jacqueline is our hostess, and we are sending cards to Laura, who needs some cheering up and whose favorite color is green. And among other things she loves frogs!
I have a lot of greens on my card for Laura, as well as a frog (he might be a prince in disguise; he is wearing a crown!). The Tropical Leaf EF piece was in my scrap bin; I thought the big monstera leaf looked a bit like a lily pad for the frog to sit on. It was created by brayering Pear Tart ink onto the EF, embossing a white CS piece with it, and then rubbing over the raised leaves lightly with the Bamboo Leaves ink pad.
The 3D EF piece was also in my scrap bin (I guess I need to keep digging thru it, never know what I'll find to create a card!). Adhered it to a green panel, and then to the card front (all edges were sponged with Bamboo Leaves ink).
Stamped the frog with Onyx Black ink onto green CS and heat embossed with clear EP. Fussy-cut him out. Stamped just the crown portion on a white scrap, fussy-cut it out, traced around it onto yellow CS, fussy-cut that out, glued it over the embossed one, and highlighted it with the gold gel pens. Popped him up on the "lily pad" with foam tape.
Stamped the greeting with Grasshopper pigment ink and heat embossed with clear EP. Fussy-cut a banner and layered it on a piece of what might be a water-colored paper towel adhered to a piece of white CS (it was also in my scrap bin!).
I hope this card makes Laura smile! TFL!

Your scrap bin definitely had just the perfect panels to use with your prince of a frog!! This is such a pretty card to add joy to Laura's day!

The monstera leaf panel looks fab, and I also think the plain white embossed panel is beautiful, not a folder I recognise. The little sparkly dragonflies are so pretty. I'm a big fan of scrap bin diving!
