Diane is hosting the color challenge this week with beautiful classic colors: Night of Navy, Cherry Cobbler and Shaded Spruce. Dessert is DSP. I didn't quite get dessert but I did use a specialty paper for my ornament.
I wasn't going to add the bow but then didn't think the Cherry I had showing through the lacy design in the middle of the ornament would come through very well. Or maybe it just helped make it more noticeable.
Thank you so much for taking a peek. I hope you will play along with us this week!

Gorgeous ornament. I imagine it is so shimmery in person. The CAS design is super. The cherry bow is a pretty accent and it does bring out the color behind the lacey die-cut piece. Great card, Chris!

Chris your gorgeous ornament just pops off the page .... love the specialty paper you used and your timber embossed panel!

What an elegant card, dramatically featuring a single gorgeous ornament. I could see the Cherry Cobbler through the lacy design, but I think adding the bow was an inspired idea, too! Love the woodgrain background, as well!
