Diane is our Hostess this week and chose the wonderful winter colors of Cherry Cobbler, Shaded Spruce & Night of Navy. Thankfully, I had them all in cardstock! I originally wanted to use a gnome stamp on here but couldn't get him to work with me, so went with the Tree Lot dies instead--using both the solid & the outlines. The background DSP is from Reminisce & went well with the trees--especially after I sponged some Navy ink on the edges. The pretty 'Noel' and offset dove just added to the overall feeling of peace I get when I look at this card and reminds me of how quiet it is on a dark, snowy night. Boy, am I getting a lot of use out of that die set! Finished off with some Wink of Stella to give a nice bit of sparkle to the trees. I really loved this palette and am really looking forwards to seeing everyone else's creations this week! Enjoy!

Love how your outline trees give such depth to your woodsy scene, Patti. Love the sponged background, the snowflake embossed edge and that peaceful dove!

You created such a beautiful and peaceful scene. I love the background and the pretty dove. Your trees are gorgeous and I love the shimmer on them. Looks like snow has fallen and melted on them.
