The struggle was real today and after 4 tries, I am calling this the most usable. I'm happy enough with the bauble and pine needles but I just couldn't seem to get a natural flow to the tree branches. After quite a while away I felt like I had never held a brush in my life !!!! Ah well - I can try again in the coming weeks . . .

I think the branches look great. It is a beautiful card and the pine needles and ornament are super. I really love it.

Your branche has got a natural look in my eyes, and I love that you've tied your bauble with a bow, I didn't think about that, It's a beautiful Christmas card

Gosh, you would never know of your struggles looking at this! Good for you in trying to get something you are happy posting. Great job! I like that you made it a complete card with the sentiment and border.

This is gorgeous Linda! You've got superb shading and highlighting of the ornament and your branches look fine..you're too hard on yourself. Sorry to hear of your covid...hope you get all the way better soon. Hugs...

I hope you take another look at this painting and see how beautiful it is with the realistic soft pine needles. Like the size of the ornament along with the splatters. I like your branches. Sorry to hear about you having to deal with covid. Hopefully in a few more weeks you will be back to normal. Hugs
This is so beautiful!!! I love the flow of your branches. The light on your ornament is fantastic. I am so sorry you have been away. Reading Linda's comment above, you had covid? I hope you are gaining strength, and so good to see you in the gallery with this exquisite painting.

I think this is just lovely! Your branches flow beautifully and your shiny red Christmas ornament is perfection! Just a really lovely card! (I hope you also feel better soon!)

I'm really sorry that you have been ill, sounds awful. I too have avoided it, fully vaccinated, maybe just lucky. I think you did a wonderful job, so pretty.
