The card was made for Chrylene who has gone through many losses and needs a bit of encouragement. She loves stitching, so I used the Pierced Bloom dies from SU for this card. I used the color challenge colors, except I had to add a bit of yellow. I needed centers for the flowers and yellow seemed to be the right color. It is in the mailbox awaiting pickup; I did trim the leaf to fit in the envelope.
The inside has a verse from a Maymay Made It set. I did not photograph the inside. The verse is Romans 15:13 from her New Creation set. May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace as you trust in him, so that you may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit. I like the Joy and Peace part of the verse.

Beautiful design. Love the pierced flowers. Wonderful use of the challenge colors. You are right that sometimes flowers just need that yellow center. The dessert option is anything goes, so it works great to add the yellow. Terrific verse to put on the inside. Great card, Lisa!

I love the joy and peace part too and what a beautiful verse. You certainly nailed the "stitched" component with these sweet flowers and I love how they look in these soft colors. The word that comes to mind when I go to describe your card is "joyful" and isn't that just the best gift to give Chrylene right now. Super card.
