Jen has us using flowers and faux stitching on cards to Chrylene this week and Kia has us painting Autumn cards in last week's watercolor challenge.
I have a ton of bible verse stamps, but for some reason, this was the ONLY one I could find (time to straighten the stamps). Being a bit lazy, I stamped the yellow SU! flowers with light yellow ink and then went over them with watercolors. Added in some sprigs, little redish flowers, and some splatter. Then I did a faux stitched border.
Thanks for the inspiration Jen and Kia.
Come join in the teaparty. Chrylene needs some encouragement after losing so many loved ones.

This is so pretty....love how you did the entire edging in flowers to highlight the verse. You better get those stamps organized...like I should talk....

Gorgeous. I guess "someone" wanted you to use the verse so they hid all your other stamps. Glad they did as this is one of my favorite verses and you framed it so wonderfully with those stamps/watercoloring and splatters. I love this design. The flowers have such a happy feel and they look super in these shades of yellow and gold.Great card. Hugs.
