This week's Teapot Tuesday theme is clocks, and it sort of gave me the chance to turn back the clock by pulling out a bunch of supplies I have had for a long time. The clock patterned paper is from a stack I've had for ages -- it's the only pattern in the set I've never used before, saving it for an occasion like this, I guess. The clock face and sentiment are both bits of printed vellum, which I attached to white card stock so the patterned paper doesn't show through. The clock was precut, so I had to fussy cut the white cardstock behind it (I've straightened it since taking the photo); the sentiment was die-cut. Both those pieces are edged with gold EP. The fancy gold border is decorative tape.

I really like that background, especially the lacy gold detailing which pairs well with the ribbon. You did a super job edging the sentiment and clock with the gold EP, it really looks like metal.

How cool - the gold ribbon with the fancy clockface looks like an elegant bracelet/watchband, and all the pocket watches and the ribboned sentiment does make it look timeless. Lovely work!

This is so pretty! I love the sentiment, the oval clock is so unique and that ribbon across the card is elegant!
