Anita has a lovely gallery and I chose a pretty sympathy card she made, changing it to a Christmas card. I die cut the smooshed background I'd made using barn door and evergreen bough distress inks. I splattered on some gold metallic watercolor paint. The mistletoe was cut from white and colored with evergreen bough oxide ink, then I added Nuvo drops for the white berries. Gold thread was tied at the top and the sentiment stamped in barn door. Here's her pretty card that inspired me.

What a lovely CASE of Anita's card Sue! Your smooshed background is so pretty behind your lovely die cut mistletoe - and nicely cut with the torn edge die that also holds your thin gold thread perfectly! we're posting neighbors today!
