I painted a few pears in my notebook then created this one on the better paper. I honestly like my practice pears better but just sharing with I got in the end. I gave this singular pear a gold border and a splattering of gold shimmer paint to elevate it a bit. This A2 size just makes it difficult to paint more than one pear with any interesting shadows.

It's fantastic with the rich colors. You always know just what values to make the colors. Interesting how you mention the size of the painting on the A2 cards. I find it difficult to paint small. It's nice to see both ways done. Thanks for sharing your creation with us. Fav'd
