Discard is for jane, who lost her husband in july, this is a teapot Tuesday request. This is a gorgeous butterfly, but horrible to cut out. I put it through my Platinum six three or four times the middle still wouldn't cut, got out my little Marquise die cutting tool that bends and ruins a folder after one cut, but it cut like butter. Fabulous and then I put the gold gems around it. I took this idea from my late friend Teresa Tauscher who sent me a card with this design.

I know what you mean. Those intricate diecuts can be a bear to cut! But, they look so good, that you keep working on it, until it works. Well it was definitely worth the effort because this is breathtaking!

Beautiful die cut piece so I'm glad you found the way to get it done. The jewels are a beautiful touch. Love that you have it floating in the clouds. Lovely, peaceful card for Jane. Great job.

Beautiful die, and you did an amazing job belonging it up. It's funny - and frustrating- how the same die will cut well in one machine and not another.
