I love the colors this week. I didnât have any official cardstock but I have some that got pretty close, including this blue greenish shade of blue that Iâve had a hard time figuring out how to use. Also, I made a command decision that copper is a neutral like gold and silver.
I cut some of the metallic copper cardstock a little smaller than the card front and embossed with the wonky stitch die for texture. I glued to the front of the card. I cut rectangles of the yellow and peacock cardstock as well as from the leaf patterned paper. I glued the layers together and attached to the card. I used a scrap strip of the dark orange and dry embossed (more texture) and glued to the patterned paper layer. I die cut the sentiment from more of the peacock blue and glued to the strip. I had one more gilded leaf so I finished the card by attaching it with foam tape.
Great challenge, thanks!
