I've made this butterfly today at my daughter's home, we were water coloring with my grand daughter and I've told her about this challenge, so she let me finish this before playing together again
I've sketched the butterfly and water colored it, and doodled, something went wrong so I gave parts a darker wash and went over with markers and gel pen, water colored a bg and tore the paper, drew the tiny flowers and stamped the sentiment, I've also stamped a butterfly on the envelope and a sentiment on the inside of the card

You say "artsy"; I say SENSATIONAL! This butterfly has so much charm, color, whimsy, sass. Perfect to send some cheer and inspiration Jane's way. Awesome card, Anita.

That's a beautiful butterfly, and I really like the torn edges to the layer underneath. The butterfly looks like a whole meadow full of wildflowers taking flight.
