Welcome to Falliday Fest 2023! We're doing 'throwback' tutorials this year and one of my favorites is featured here. I have a plethora of ai backgrounds so it was easy to build around that. I used ai pearls because I love shiny and everything else is pretty much that...shiny!

Love how frosty that background looks! The embossing is beautiful. You have so many little details in this that add up to wonderful!
