I have to hunt down that sentiment again, oops. Found this quilt seen here and remembered I have these trees which come with the cardinals in the same set, so cut them, painted them slightly and then popped up a few on foam pop dots. there is some DOX ink on the dry embossed background to try and let it pop a little. Thanks for this challenge Denise & tfl.

Such a pretty scene and love the CAS feel to this with the trees and birds being main focus. That subtleness of the sun really works well with your design!
