Better late than never I always say. I had this card made on Saturday but didn't have time to post it. Those who know me on Facebook or follow my blog know I have 9 week old week twins. Twin Shih Tzu puppies that is! And they're more work than when I had two toddlers in diapers - of course I was much younger then.
That said I'm happy I got this card even made. I accidentally received this die. I thought I was in the large DOM club but it turns out I was in the small DOM club so this shipped to me automatically! But it turned out okay because I'm finding I really like this die.
I thought the boots were perfect with the Pebbled Path and the other colors were good for floral. I added several neutrals and made the background vanilla so that my white berries would have more pop. I wasn't sure what sentiment to use so I went with "hello".
These are some great muted fall colors; I look forward to seeing what you all create!

Congratulations on the new puppies! Those boots are amazing and I really like the casual way you've positioned them, filling them with those loosely arranged blooms. The pop of white is perfect!

"Someone" wanted you to create this sensational card and sent you the wrong, but perfectly right, die. Those boots look fabulous in pebbled path and I'm loving the "wheat" ties. Reminds me of old style hiking boots with those. The flowers and other foliage look awesome tucked inside them. I see a lot of fun boot cards in your future. Awesome card.

Congrats on the new babies, Jeanne! I've loved seeing a video of them scampering around; they're adorable. I love this card, too! The boots are perfect, stuffed with such pretty autumn flowers!

This card is stunning! I love everything about it. I am sure all of that die cutting, layering, and attaching was a lot of work but it was so worth it. Great end result!
