This month's **ART*JOURNAL*JOURNEY* is Books, Cats and Tea (you can pick one or all of the items) and the current House Mouse & Friends Monday Challenge is Anything Goes.
I went with a BAJ page. I started with clear gesso on my bible journal page, and then I cut the image out of a House Mouse coloring book and glued it down using the gesso as well. After it all dried, I watercolored the image, popping up one little mouse to look look like he is feeding the kitty. This was a fun page to paint.
The verse is some sweet wisdom the world needs to take to heart - me included. It is my new favorite verse.

Awesome! You not only captured the meaning of the scripture but you did it in a brilliantly fun and captivating way. And you're right, the world definitely needs to take this to heart. I think this might be my new favorite verse too. Excellent job.
