Thank you for hosting, Amy, and providing us with a wonderful inspiration site, Loft. The colors in this photo inspired my card:

I used stamps from the Inked and Tiled set for each of the 3 panels. Using a fan brush and a sponge, the panels were splattered and the edges sponged. A ribbon and rhinestones were added for embellishment. The sentiment was stamped, die cut and popped up over the ribbon.
