Congratulations to Dbamesberg, today's featured stamper, you have a lovely gallery. This lovely card caught my eye: Inspired by Nature by Dbamesberg at Splitcoaststampers I kept the flowers and similar layout but brought the card into living color. I also made two cards while I was at it, keeping one a thank you card and making a get well card for the other. The background paper of the get well card was packaging wrap for a package my daughter got and I thought would be great for cards. This is the second card I've made using some of it.
I softly sponged around the edges of the background panels and then stamped the flowers and greenery on those panels. For the get well card, I added gold cord and popped up the sentiment which is also softly sponged. For the thank you card, I matted the focal panel and I popped up the sentiment that is matted with a Night of Navy scalloped oval. I finished it off with some gems.
My colors were inspired by color challenge 961 though I used Night of Navy and Mint Macaron instead of Misty Moonlight and Soft Succulent because I don't have those.
Thanks for the challenge and thanks for looking.

These look great with these printed paper backgrounds. Thanks, for the pretty birthday card you sent me that I got last week. That was sweet of you!

Ooh, I love both of these Catherine. You were right to keep that packaging of your daughter's. Good thinking! Love your colors and beautiful stamping on these too!

Catherine, the designs on this are so cool! Wow. Wonderful combinations of patterns and colors. Love that you did two and they are so different. Super cases/cards. Hugz

Oh, so pretty! What fun to use the gift packaging as your background paper!

Two fabulous cards and I love how you reversed the colors for the framing on them. They both are eye-popping and the get well card is op-arting (I know, not a word, but still you get the point, right?). But, I do love script bgs so if I had to choose a favorite, I'd lean toward that one. I'm loving the rich blue paired with the coral. Fantastic cards -- both of them.
