The Gallery for this week's Featured Stamper, Dbamesberg, may be smaller in comparison to some but it is jammed packed with inspiration. I chose this card because I loved the blues: Tea Shoppe by Dbamesberg at Splitcoaststampers
I kept the blue monotone palette; a vintage looking floral design; and geometric shapes; but my shapes are diamonds instead of square and I changed the layout.
I LOVED the look of the floral print inside the teacup image. I really wanted to do that with stencils and/or stamps but didn't have any images that were large enough to work. So I decided to use diamonds instead because I needed to use these new dies too.
For my card, I stamped the same floral image on three pieces of cs using two shades of blue. That part shows up much better IRL. To fill in the white space and add a bit of "vintage" I also stamped a small script in silver. I then die cut different portions of the image with the diamond dies and assembled. I offset the blue panel hoping the different margins would add some interest. The sentiment is popped up with foam tape.
Congratulations Dbamesberg on being selected this week's Featured Stamper. I hope you enjoy the cards you inspired. I hope everyone is having a wonderful day, maybe sipping a bit of tea from a Delft tea cup. How lovely! TFL

Wow, Debbie, this is GORGEOUS! I can see the two colors of blue on your floral image, love the diamond shape and your arrangement of them. I like the soft script stamping too. Absolutely beautiful card!

I will never get rid of this stamp set. I love that floral image and how you have used it in two shades of blue on your fabulous design, Debbie.
Such a wonderful vintage and classy style! I had my tea in a non blue cup, lol!

Fabulous design! Amazing colors stamped BG with flowers/silver print, and offset diamond design. The colors are beautiful and the light silver in the BG is so creative...
