I remember being unsure what sentiments I had that would work when the tutorial first posted, other than multiple birthday sentiments. But these Dymo words solved my problem. I added a couple of butterflies using the misted vellum with markers technique.
The front is some sort of stencil technique background - it looks embossed, and Sizzix dies.
