I loved the scrappy look to the quilt and decided to pull out my blue scrap drawer. I used a stitched die cut to cut the strips and lined them up along the edge of the card. I then added a coordinating blue strip and layered the sentiment. The card was finished with a couple of heart brads from my tote of items I am trying to use up.
