I liked the fall theme and kept a similar color scheme and layout. I substituted a grid die cut for the twine but kept the rustic twine element with some ribbon. This also fit with the Friday Free for All theme of using fibers.
I covered a blank Hallmark/Dollar Tree notecard with yellow pattern paper. I used a brick wall embossing folder on a piece of dark green cardstock and attached to the card front, then glued a piece of twine ribbon across the front. I die cut the grid background from white cardstock and attached it to the card at an angle, then finished with two leaf stickers.
Belated congrats to Caterina, I hope your week was fabulous!
USEIT2023: using older pattern paper pad and scraps, used grid die for first time, and stickers and ribbon were both Dollar Tree supplies from last year that I had not opened yet.

Wonderful CASE of Caterina's beautiful card. I love the changes you made here and I think that grid die and brick ef are especially effective for this design. Love the whole color scheme and autumnal feel and the glitter on those beautiful leaves is the perfect accent to finish this off. Fabulous card.
