I was not at home for much of the weekend, but was able to raid my mom's stamping stash when I was at my parents' house yesterday to make a card for Luc. It's not mountains or books, but I hope he'll enjoy the cozy log cabin, which reminds me of the structures I've seen in the mountains as well as on the flatlands below, weathered from years of use and then abandonment. They are super cool to see.
Card was designed based on this month's "Mystery Card Challenge" with my local demonstrator (Up North Stampin'), and was a fun way to put together a card in a hurry! Thanks, Mary!!! And thank you, Jacqueline, for throwing this Teaparty for Anita's dear son!
Sending this out today with prayers for his smooth and swift recovery!
Blessings,
C

The little house in the prairie (Ingalls Family), so pretty, I love your fun lay out and the sunflowers that we can see here in many fields, Luc will love your card and I'm sure he'll be surprised to see how many people are sending cards to him, he'll feel very important!! He's improving every day, today he started musculation and he says it hurts on his left side, thank you for this pretty card and thank you for your prayers!!

Love that you paired that cozy cabin with such fun happy dp. Those sunflowers and dots would cheer anyone's mood immediately. Adding a cabin to evoke Luc's love of the mountains completes the happy feel for sure. Love the layout. Great card.
