Karen's challenge this week is Real red, crushed curry, coastal cabana, and granny apple green. She asked us to use dies for dessert. This is not something I do very often. Took watercolor paper and die cut them and watercolored. Created the background and added the sentiment and ribbon. I applaud the artists that use dies. They tried my patience with the gluing. TFL

Beautiful! The BG is amazing and the spattering is a perfect detail for the striking die-cuts. The ribbon detail and the scoring are excellent...

Such a pretty card. I would never have guessed that the die cut flowers and butterfly tried your patience. That bow is so sweet. Everything about this card is lovely.

Linda, this is so beautiful with that great wash of color for the background. How funny that you find dies so difficult to handle as many are VERY challenged by watercolor painting. A fabulous result.

Linda, your work is always TOP NOTCH! What gorgeous vibrancy, and yes, LOL, those skinny little stems and other like pieces are such a challenge to apply adhesive to!

These brilliant poppies and yellow butterfly just pop on your lovely background. Love that narrow "Hello"; it goes perfectly with the slender flower stems. I definitely hear you about the patience necessary to work with die cuts!
