Purple side fold with a lavender/purple DSP at an angle dividing card. Added a dark purple strip on the edge. The next is a green layer with a white Digi print layer colored with Tombow brushes. The flowers have water droplets and I used Wink of Stella to make them shimmer. The BG behind the flowers is chalked and then sprayed with mat spray to seal. I stamped a scrap strip of vellum and tucked it under the green edges. On the inside, a white insert is stamped with 3 different stamps. I know the shading isn't perfect because I just look at other hand-colored cards on Pinterest to get an idea of how similar flowers should be shaded.

Beautiful birthday card with the bouquet of purple tulips, Betty. Gorgeous coloring of the flowers and foliage. Wonderful framing too. You always put as much care on the inside of your cards as you do the outside.

Gorgeous tulips! (A personal favorite flower) Love the colors, so rich & bright. Your coloring is outstanding. Love the diagonal split in the background. Lovely on the inside, too. Wonderful sentiments. A special birthday card. Nicely done!

Beautiful -- the image, the layout, the coloring -- all of it beautiful. I love the two different panels on the base layer. Adds that extra special touch that elevates a card design. The velum strip was the exact right choice IMO. And the inside sentiment is super! Fabulous card.
