I may have gone rogue again this week with the watercolor challenge. Linda gave the challenge (kind of anything goes challenge) and I went out and picked leaves from my yard, dipped them in watercolor, pressed to my paper and what wasn't colored I finished with my watercolor brush.

I used watercolor paper this time for the base card and the panel. I distressed around the panel edges.
Please join in the fun!!!

They look fantastic. This really is a terrific technique. I have to give this a try. Thanks for sharing it with us. I'm amazed at the vibrancy of your painting. Great job.

Clever! An excellent idea. I may have to bring my grabber outside and try this with ink. The colors remind one of a rainbow. The distressed edges are perfect...

What a great idea! Honestly, that's probably the only way I'd be able to get my leaves to look even halfway realistic! I love the vibrant colors you used! Great card!!

So pretty, I love that colors you got from the pulls here Brenda, I have really only tried this with acrylic paints so, that is cool to see it works with watercolors.
