I combined the TLC challenge from last week with the CAS challenge for today.
I did not exactly follow the directions for the stencil stamping. I had an old stamp from Stampers Anonymous that is just flat rubber for doing reflection stamping and such. I inked it with Starry Sky ink and laid it on its back, then pressed the stencil into it. I missed that you are supposed to lay the stencil down and stamp onto it, which probably would have lifted more ink. I stamped the stamp onto white cardstock and also pressed the stencil onto the same piece for a positive and negative.
For this card, I cut across the positive and negative stencil stamped sections for a piece large enough to cover the card front. I attached a length of ribbon over the dividing line. I die cut the shell from SU Starry Sky glimmer paper and layered the die cut onto a circle of Starry Sky cardstock that I attached with foam tape. I stamped the sentiment on a scrap of white cardstock and trimmed to a small rectangle, then glued to the card front.
