I used Pearlescent Water color paints for my tree, watercoloring it on a panel of hammered white card. I cut the tree with an oval die, splattered with a black POSCA pen, added the sentiment, embossed a die cut gold star with a Lumber Emb Folder to give it texture and adhered it over the tree with a foam dot.
I rubbed a Gold ink over the edge of the oval and layered that over the card base with foam dots.
A fun simple water coloring technique for a pretty tree!

This caught my eye, so I went back to see the IG posts about this simple Christmas tree painting. Now, I have to try this. I love the way yours turned out.
