I began with an A2 size card base made from smooth white cardstock. I then used another piece of white cardstock that would be the panel for my stenciled background. I used the Chunky Knit stencil with some metallic stencil paste. Using a pallet knife I added each color with not really being careful because the colors blended into each other so nicely. I pulled up the stencil to reveal a very textured and colorful background. I set it aside to dry then trimmed it down to leave a white border.I then die cut the butterfly twice. Once from white cardstock and once from white fun foam for thickness. I then adhered the two butterfly dies together with some liquid glue. When that was dry I glued it to a piece of vellum and added to the stenciled panel. I then stamped the sentiment from the Sunflower Garden stamp set onto black cardstock strip and embossed it using white embossing powder. I adhered that across the butterfly added some stickles and called it a day!
