Wanted to make a birthday card for my aunt who is turning 97 on July 20th. She was born in Holland and came to Canada in the spring of 1948 to marry my uncle Dave. They met in the war in Holland. She left Holland when the flowers were in full bloom and arrived in Canada seeing nothing but snowbanks wherever she looked. She thought she had landed at the North Pole! I screwed up my last piece of the dp I had used for my previous card so used a larger tulip print this time. Windmill and sentiment popped up with dimensionals. This is another case of Su Mohr's design. Edited: I had her age wrong, when I posted this- she turned 97 this year!

What a delightful card, Shirl! I feel sure your aunt will be amazed at your design that will, undoubtedly, bring back happy memories of her days in Holland! Your Dutch windmill, fence and cloud diecuts are adorable! Love the matting with Rich Razzleberry and So Saffron.

Beautiful. The windmill looks lovely in the tulip field. The little fence is a nice touch. Wonderful card for your Aunt's 98th birthday. Wow. I imagine it will bring back memories for her.
