For my card I used the palindrome Stressed Desserts.
I used a Sizzix cake die cut to cut out the layers of the cake, plate and candles in pinks and tans. I then pieced it together and layered on the green designer paper.
I added additional pink to the corners and finished with a couple of scattered pink gems and a couple of punched flowers with Nuvo Drops and the birthday sentiment banner.
I would love it if you would check out my Blog: Shoe Girls Cards.
Thank you for looking!

Isn't this going to be a fun birthday celebration with that great cake. The fact that it is a tilt-ey cake just adds to fun. Love the green dp bg you used and love how it works with the lovely pinks as well. Your flowers and drops finish this off perfectly. Wonderful card.

I made a layer cake that ended up lopsided just like this...it had fruit in a whipped cream based icing and it wasn't firm enough so the cake layers just slid away. It was very tasty though regardless of the aesthetics. Your cake and card look much better than mine did. Betty will love it!
