So happy to see Ardyth selected MariLynn as the Featured Stamper!
MariLynn loves to journal, art journal, and bible journal so, of course, I wanted to do a Bible Journal Page.
Also MariLynn helped me through one of the storms in life. It was a time when my daughter was being bullied at school. She offered advice and an ear and I will always be grateful. She even sent my daughter a card or two during this time. So sweet.
I did the same chapter MariLynn used, kept her stormy beach scene and used similar colors. I added birds, wrote different works, and skipped the border. The little piece of magazine words at the bottom fell out of my journaling bible when I openned it to Acts so I put it in there too. I represents the fact that even our storms can be an adventure. The trip Paul was on in these chapters was truly an adventure, and he turned a terrible experience into something very productive for 2 years and gained in influence. All because he kept his eyes, heart, and mind on God.
Congrats, MariLynn! Giant hugz!

I've missed your bible journaling here so I'm especially glad you chose to CASE on of MariLynn's journaling pages. Your scene is simple gorgeous; serene; peaceful and a place I would choose to sit and commune with God. You totally captured all of that and it beautifully expresses the meaning of your chosen verse. Excellent page in every way. As is your tribute to MariLynn -- what a kind and generous soul. Hugs.
